Because we are a small hotel, late cancellations and no shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is as follows.
Cancellations and changes must be in writing, we do not accept cancellations by phone or in person.
- For reservations booked less than 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation charges are effective immediately
- Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
- Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount
- Between 7 and 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Less than 2 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount
- Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
Modify direct bookings
- If you want to change your booking and the new date is more expensive than the original booking, we will be forced to charge you the difference.
- Under the condition of availability.
- Cancellation fees also apply here.
- If you do not arrive at the hotel on the arrival date, the hotel will automatically cancel and charge you for the entire reservation.
- Als u niet incheckt op de aankomstdatum, maar toch uw reisplan doorzet, neem dan urgently contact us to reserve the room for you for the remainder of the stay. Otherwise, as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be automatically cancelled and no refund is possible.
- No-show fees are non-refundable.
If the stay is shortened or cancelled after check-in, please refer to our cancellation policy which is 100% of the total amount.
- Please note that our rebooking policy only applies to immediate bookings.
- This policy does not apply to third-party reservations.
OTA bookings (Online Travel Agencies)
- Reservations booked through OTAs are subject to the cancellation policy stated on the OTA’s booking confirmation.
- Cancellation, change of reservation can be done by yourself and only through the channel you choose to make your reservation.
